This Sunday we’ll launch into a new sermon series, based on the book of I Corinthians, called “Power Up!” We’ll begin by trying to understand why the earliest Christians found so much power in the cross. Often sermons on the cross tend to be full of jargon. This Sunday we’ll cut through all that jargon in an attempt to discover how the earliest Christians found so much power – power for living – in the cross.
