Ephesians 2:10, “For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them.”
Body image is an issue for many people, across all genders. It is hard not to overlook it with the images we are bombarded with on a daily basis. What is supposed to look good, handsome, beautiful, sexy, and right proportions can get in the way of the vision we have when we look in the mirror. It is hard to measure up to something that can be air brushed into photos or surgically placed. Only a certain size or certain sized muscles need apply to be visible in a magazine.
