My dad and I talked to a realtor about selling his house yesterday, and it looks like the market is really hot in Sikesville, Maryland. Not only did the realtor tell us there will… More be a bidding war that drives the price higher, but the agent said that he may already have a buyer and my dad could do a “for sale by owner” type of transaction if he wants to.
I asked my Dad how he felt about selling his house. He said he knew it would be hard to live in his house alone and take care of that big yard. He said he did not want to die alone and wanted to die here in our home. His dog Lucky is here, and he loves our dog Lucy. And Miss PP gives my dad lots of attention.
