“Party” may not be quite the right word — think instead of Thanksgiving observances, when we stop and look back at our lives. It’s often only in retrospect that we can see God at work.
With this sermon, we look back together — at our own experiences, and those of the Israelites — and hopefully see more clearly the pattern of God’s work in our lives.
