Psalm 37:7 Be still before the Lord
and wait patiently …
Wait? … Why?
When we want something to happen, whether it be a new job, or just a job, a life partner, or something else, we can get impatient and forget there is work on our part to do. Waiting can allow us to be impacted by Holy Spirit in ways that we would miss if we did not wait, or if we don't open ourselves up to it.
