What does it mean to be a good friend? It seems we can get tangled up in society's expectations and think we are supposed to offer quick suggestions and quick fixes for our friends to prevent the hurts or prevent them from lingering.
Good friends sit with us, encourage us, and are present with us. Only we ourselves can own what we need to do. Our friends care and encourage us as we travel on our journey.
