Jesus says “follow me” nearly 60 times in the four Gospels of the Bible. That is just a snap shot of his life and ministry as documented. It seems the general message that Jesus conveys with “follow me” is that this is the primary thing we do. We continually strive to follow Jesus in all that we do, and to change what it is we do to follow him. This means we make Jesus the center of our lives.
