Morning Reflection

Matthew 6:31-33 Therefore do not be anxious, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things, and (God) knows that you need them all. But seek first the kingdom of God and God’s righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.

It seems our day is made when the stock market soars upward, and dismal when it spirals downward. Maybe that is overly dramatic, and not all of us are that way, but for many, that is not far off. What is it that gets us anxious each day? Where is your treasure going, and where is that dragging your heart?

Matthew 6:21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
